I had booked a flight from New Delhi to Sydney vide PNR YPC** but unfortunately, I tested positive before the flight and hence had to get the ticket cancelled. I filed for cancellation and tried to get my refund but unfortunately nothing has happened. I tried to catch them on twitter, email, customer care but every time I was told - "It is in progress".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
