I had ordered a half kg cake "desirable choco" on **-Feb-**** with order #*****. First they asked for extra delivery charge on next day even though order confirmation shows free delivery. Then i asked them to cancel the order and give refund. I received mail from them the amount will be refunded in * working days but it didn't happen till now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
