I have been reaching out to Air India since about * months now. I booked a return ticket from frankfurt to delhi. I travelled from Frankfurt to Delhi but my return flight was cancelled by them. I am reaching out to them to refund my ticket but the customer care just cuts the line. I think they are trained like that. Even after multiple tries nothing worked.
