I cancelled an OYO room booking after immediately making the booking when i saw the check was not an early check-in but a ** pm one. They did not issue me a refund because they said that I cancelled it after ** mins and within ** mins. According to me I cancelled within ** mins and even if it was ** mins, I was using the OYO app for the first time and had called the hotel to check if they could accomodate early check-in which they said they couldn't and then i cancelled immediately. They should have issued me refund but they didnt.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
