Anutamaya - Refund not given not responding to my messages

I want to report neglected customer service, and unresponsiveness when asking for refund. The Instagram page through which I ordered is operating, but still no replies, the phone is switched off most of the times. According to their policy, they were supposed to deliver the parcel within *-* days, and i ordered on **th march, they never updated me on the same and when asked, they told me to check the text messages, which i never recieved. After asking them to send the tracking id manually, they never did that. After few days, when I expressed my concern, they said if they are not able to resolve the issue, they will refund, and later when the order was not fulfilled, on Saturday (**th April), after exhausting me mentally and after non fulfillment of my order, they agreed for a refund to be made on Monday, and today is Tuesday. They are not responding to any of the messages. I don't want to waste my time and energy anymore on this. Please help me in finding a solution to get my refund back. As they are not helping at all.
