I had ordered tops from anutamya brand on Instagram. I had placed my order on the **th of April ****. I had made a payment of Rs.**** /- which included the shipping cost too. After placing the order they said that it'll be shipped in *-* days. They provided no contact details or an email confirmation for the order. It's *th of May today and they still have not shipped the order saying that there is an issue with the courier service. And today when i asked them for an update they replied saying that if I am that impatient then I can have it shipped to myself. I said fine and asked them for the details for the pick up, they said they aren't gonna give them. Then they became very rude and said then I should be patient and they will ship it and I should just wait some more.
Please help me resolve this.
