Anutamaya - Didn t receive my order even after paying

I placed an order from an Instagram page called Anutamaya Official on Feb *, ****. They said it’ll be delivered in *- * days . On **th Feb when I contacted them they said they have lost their manager and it’ll be shipped on **nd. But after that they didn’t respond to any of my text. On **st march they reached out to me saying I’ll receive my order in a week. It’s May * now still they didn’t send my order or respond to any of my texts. And now they’ve blocked me on Instagram.
