I booked a flight on the **th of December **** using the Travolook official website. The booking got canceled and I was promised a refund in the next *-* working days. It has been around ** days now (* and half months) and I have been trying to call their customer care executive but all I receive from their end is to wait a few more days as they have initiated my refund. I have called them more than ** times and this is their only response every time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
