Air India Express - Cumpulsory Charged for Seat

I was travelling from Bhubneshwar to GOA on corporate ticket, Flight No. I* ****BBI to BLR amd Flight No.I* ***, my self was charged for allocating the seat stating that no free seat is availabe . Where actually many seat free seat were availabe in flight from BLR to GOA. Incidnece haapned at Bhubneshwar Air Port.
