One of my travel ticket with following details was cancelled by the airlines during lockdown. Full amount has been refunded to HappyEasyGo by the airlines on **th Sep. I was guided by their call center to cancel the ticket on HEG website in order to get the refund. I cancelled the ticket on their website with CaseId-*************. Turn around time asked was ** days however it's been more than *** days that I haven't recieved my refund.
