I tried booking ticket from Pune to Nagpur but that didn't happened. Money got debited from my account but ticket wasn't booked.
I contacted the customer support for this but they are saying money has not been credited to the RedBus account. I got the transaction id for successful transaction. I shared those screenshot with the RedBus customer support still these guys are telling me to contact the bank.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
