Dear All,
We have booked a Hotels from goibibo. Booking ID is HTLNA*UGQF and HTLBZC*EDN. Total refund is more than ***** Rs. We cancelled the trip since my wife get Dengue. Goibibo team promised to process refund in one day. But we didn't get a single refund on this. We called many times to goibibo team but no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
