I have booked the Train ticket in confirm Ticket, online platform of irctc on travel Date -**/**/**** for my family -myself,my wife and two daughters.One passenger ticket got RAC and Rest was in WL.I thought if all Tickets is not confirmed then WL ticket will go automatically cancelled,but when I have called to customer care,they advise me to send email to IRCTC.I did the same and asked them for Refund.but still I did got the Refund atleast three waiting tickets.I have sent email again to them,now they said if one passanger ticket is confirmed then you have to cancel the booking before ** minutes of train depart.But my one passanger ticket get RAC and three passanger ticket was in WL.
That's why I have raised the Refund request,but they are not giving it to me.
