GOFIRST AIRLINES - Refund not given

I encountered an issue with my travel plans, and I need your assistance. I had booked a return ticket from Bangalore to Male (Maldives) for the dates of November **th to November **nd, ****. Unfortunately, the airline canceled the return flight. To resolve this, I booked another ticket for the return journey with a different airline.

Go-First, the airline I initially booked with, assured me that they would refund the amount of **,*** INR and sent me an email confirming this on November **th.

However, when I contacted Go-First, they informed me that they had already sent the refund to a third party known as EMT. In contrast, the EMT representatives are stating that they have not received any refund amount from the airline. I've made over ** phone calls to both Go-First and EMT individually and have even attempted conference calls between them over the past ** months. Regrettably, this issue remains unresolved, and neither company is providing any updates to me. They are also unwilling to include me in the email correspondence between them.

It has been nearly a year since this issue began, and I have not received any refund. I kindly request your assistance in filing a complaint regarding this matter.
