I want to say that during the tour from yatra voucher no YH*******, **ST DEC **** Elephanta beach ( complimentary snorkelling) is cancelled due to the bad weather. One of their executives told that the company will refund the amount after finishing the tour. On this concern, I have called much time they told that it will take three to four months in refunding the amount. Again I have sent the mail and it is their moral responsibility to refund amount. As it has been one year passed. Also, in their voucher, they didn't mention about real-time reporting of any cancelled trip. And the trip is cancelled from their side. They have already known about it. So it's their duty to refund from their side by default. Please help.
