I am Yagvinder Kumar Mamoria, one of your users of Goibibo who had booked an air ticket with Booking ID: GOFLIAND***E*********** via Thai Airways International Airline for Tokyo ( Round trip-Delhi-Bangkok-Tokyo (Narita)-Bangkok-Delhi) in year **** June
However, due to concern about the ongoing pandemic, I have cancelled my flight has been requesting a refund in **** only.
I am a student and such an amount of money is very important to me and my family as we were also affected by the pandemic. I have already requested multiple times for a refund for the same but no as such progress. This is really annoying and not healthy for an organization like Goibibo.
Goibibo is going around by giving discounts and all to new flights. However they aren't not concerned about those who are waiting for their refund. And now we would want compensation along with whole refund as requested.
