Zara - Refund not given

i had ordered a dress worth **** on zara in january and returned it. it is March now. almost two months and i haven’t received my refund. they have said that they processed the amount but the bank has confirmed that no amount was returned to me. this is theft and completely unacceptable. they keep sending invoices but no money to show for it.
