I had use two gift card coupons one of **** rupes and another of *** rupees.
The order was cancelled due to issues fr Flipkart end and they said the refund will be initiated. However, to my disappointment, the refund has not been fully credited to my account, only the partial amount of *** was refunded to me and the **** is still pending. But on the app it shows that the refund is fully completed which is not true.
I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times regarding this issue, and each time I am assured that the matter will be resolved promptly. However, despite these assurances, I have not received the refund, nor have I been provided with any concrete updates on the status of my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
