I have placed order just today but then i forgot to add one item so i cancelled it, it was prepaid so this zivame shopping site refunded it in zcoins which disappeared as soon as i tried to place another order. I have requested them to refund my money but they are not responding. Still my zivame account shows * zcoins without placing any order. This is total fraud.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
