The delivered item was found defective, undersized and very poor quality. Wanted to return item and refund the amount. But Clubfactory did not decide to refund full amount and after a continuous negotiation they agreed to refund $** dollar out of $** dated ** June **** and agreed to return within ** working days. The amount has not been credited to my account so far even after one month. I sent many email to Club Factory and no response from them. (Attached is Clubfactory mail on settled amount)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
