Flipkart - Refund not done

I ordered Electronic Toy Moneybank from Flipkart on **th March **** with Order Number OD****************** (Amount ***/-) I used my HSBC credit card to make the payment.
I was not satisfied with the product and returned it.The refund was accepted but not credited back to my account.
I sent several mail for refund([Incident: IN*******************]), but flipkart saying that amount was not received by seller.
However I contacted bank and they clearly said that the amount was claimed by seller on **th March and same is refleted on my statement. They have also shared me the authorization code which seller used to claim the amount. After so many email, flipkart still saying seller not received the amount and there is no case of refund. This is very frustration now and i have no hope to get support from flipkart.
Please help me to get my refund.
