I had order food from Swiggy on **-**-**** and the order was cancelled by the restaurant. It has been one month till now I didn't get a refund back. I contacted the customer service about * to * times all of them are saying it will take *-* days. From the past one month, they are replying the same answer and closing the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
