on oct ** **** tried purchasing from amazon india .transaction declined but amount got debited from my account . Checked with amazon (merchant),Icici(bank),payu india(payment aggregator) , Both bank and payment aggregator saying amount is transferred to amazon account , but amazon says they havent received the money . Now no one is initiating refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
