I have booked the ticket from travolook on **/**/**** to travel from Dib**** to J***** on *****. My account was debited but booking was showing under processing. After sometime i got a call saying ticket fare has been hiked either i have to pay extra amount or cancel my ticket. I cancelled my ticket but i have not received my refund and when i called their customer care to know the status they have disconnected my call. After reading reviews after travolook now i know that they will not refund my money.
Kindly help me to get my refund.
