Makemy Trip - Refund not done Not responsible to respond they closed the complaint without my knowledge

I have booked a luxeglamp hotel in kodaikanal through MakeMyTrip application for *days accomodation....
In their app they have mentioned lot of ammenties like jaccuzi, hammock, private portio, etc...
After seeing all those amenities then only i booked the room for *days through male my trip app... But after checked in, those amenities r not avl in that room, i checked with the hotel manager about that, he told me those amenities for different tariff room, not for this category, i showed him that i booked only after seeing all these amenities only, y i want to book a simple room without any interesting amenities for that high traffic per day *****rs. Hotel manager told we have given proper room category and amenities details while v registered in their website itself, but they have given all in one category....
Hotel manager told This is completely make my trip mistake, u have to talk with them only....
I immediately called to make my trip customer care people and they accepted their mistake too, i told them im going to checking out from this room now itself, im not ready to lose my huge money for this useless simple wooden room, i need my complete money back immediately, i checked out immediately, but their team not even single person not responding and not replying to my queries properly, Jan **rd it happened, today Feb **th till now no one responding properly, last week while i trying to their customer support, one of their employee telling me that my complaint is closed , and they completely changed their fault as my fault and they r telling Will give voucher for my ***** money.... Only to stay in that resport v planned the trip as v r interested in those jaccuzi, hammock and few more ammenties of that hotel, but our total plan and total money spend for traveling everything gone total loss for us.... But those people very easily telling Will give voucher for future holidays.... V r the people like will get holidays and planning outside for holidays is like once in **yrs or more than that... We r not ready to take the voucher....i need my money **k completely.... Really my husband got frustrated and pissed off, huge fights going on every day because of this make my trip fraudulent company only because i only recommended to my husband to book hotel through male my trip and i only send his hard earn money ***** to their account....
It's my honey moon trip,i dreamed of making it special but it became a nightmare and last trip in our relationship.... But these guys not even bothered to reply properly... If i don't get my money back, im sure going to take it in a very serious way to sue this company as well as to shut it completely forever.... My contact number **********
