virendra fating filed complaint against Travolook on May 11, 2022
I made a booking through the Travolook website on ** Jul **** from pune to nagpur by paying Rs.**** and it got cancelled after a few seconds of booking and I received an email of the same mentioning reason as “technical issue ”. It has been almost ** month. but still not getting any refund or response from them. Their executives literally don't listen and cut the call. They only say your refund will send in to your bank account within *-* days.
