Nobero - Refund not done despite return of product

I had ordered Oversized Hoodie from Nobero on Mocha Bisque / M On &th Nov **** which was delivered to a another address on **th Nov so I requested a return of the same.
A reverse pickup was scheduled for **th Nov and i got the product returned (via Nobero generated third party - Xprresbees) I have the ackowledgement slip for the same.
It's been a week but the site doesn't reflect any refund status , infact it says "Return cancelled by customer"....like how is this even possible?
I need my refund as soon as possible and I demand an aplogy from Nobero.
