Nobero - Nobero Fraud

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Nobero (www.nobero.com) regarding their failure to issue a refund for a product that was returned more than a month ago, as well as their unresponsiveness to repeated communication attempts.

Issue Summary:
I ordered two Hudson Co-ord sets from Nobero.
Due to fit issues:
I returned one co-ord set (Refund received successfully).
I requested a replacement for the second set in a larger size.
The replacement was delivered, but the fit remained unsuitable. I then raised a return request for this replacement item.
The item was successfully picked up and returned to Nobero over a month ago.
Despite this, no refund has been received for the returned replacement product.
I have repeatedly contacted Nobero via their email and WhatsApp support, but I have not received any response or resolution to date.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the amount paid for the returned replacement product.
Compensation for the mental distress, inconvenience, and lack of communication from the seller.
Direction to Nobero to improve their customer support and grievance redressal process.
