Nobero - No response to the querry or return request

I have ordered a jacket but the fitting is not good, so trying to return it raised already * complaints and one followup but still no response from Nobero or My dream store. Product has to be returned within ** days if there is no response how it can be done. Sensing fraud seller with false promises.
