Booked * tickets of jet airways flight *W*** through Paytm on **th Mar. Flight was for *th April. Jet airways cancelled the flight. After * and half months I have not received my refund yet. Nodal officer of jet airways mailed that refund given to Paytm but Paytm since * months telling me to wait and have patience till they receive refund from Jet. This is extreme harassment. Case number with Paytm is ********* which has all details. I have called and mailed Paytm *** times. Attaching mails from Paytm and also cancellation message from jet airways and also the refund mail from Jet Airways nodal officer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
