I had made flights booking for a round trip via PAYTM, unfortunately, my flights were cancelled from Jet Airways. I have been calling the customer care for the refund status from the past * months and there is no valid reply from PAYTM. Paytm care is not addressing my queries and is not proving any response to my query. Jet Airways assured me that Paytm will give a full refund when I approached them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
