PayTM and Jet Airways - PayTM and Jet Airways Refund not processed

I have booked a ticket through PayTm.
JetAirways flights are cancelled and refunds are still not processed by PayTm (travel agent).
When contacted Jetairways they asked to contact Paytm. When contact Paytm they are saying Jetairways has not confirmed the refund. Delayed Since April ****.
