Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Refund not done by ODA class

I am Brijesh Patel serving as Police Inspector at Gujarat ATS. I enrolled my children, namely (*)Raghav B. Patel (Grade *) and (*)Prithav B. Patel (Grade *), in the Opposite Party’s online educational services by making a payment of *) ***** *)***** total ₹**,*** on ** September ****. Subsequently, I requested a refund as per the Opposite Party’s policy, and the Opposite Party, through its email dated ** September ****, assured that the refund would be processed within ** working days. However, despite the lapse of more than *** days, the Opposite Party has failed to process the refund. I sent more than ** follow-up emails between September **** and March ****, yet the Opposite Party has only provided vague and repetitive responses stating that the refund is “under process,” without furnishing any confirmed refund date, transaction reference number, or valid explanation for such inordinate delay.

The aforesaid acts of the Opposite Party constitute clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss and mental harassment to me and ny family. I am therefore entitled to recovery of the refund amount of ₹**,*** along with interest @ **% per annum calculated from ** September **** till the date of filing, amounting to ₹*,*** (approx.), aggregating to a total claim of ₹**,***, along with further interest till realization, compensation for mental harassment, and litigation costs. The cause of action arose on ** September **** and continues till date. The Complainant, therefore, prays that the Opposite Party be directed to pay the aforesaid amounts and such other reliefs as deemed fit in the interest of justice.
