I had booked my train tickets yesterday through phone pe apps in IRCTC. Money got deducted and later transaction got failed, tickets not booked and my money didn't refund yet and it also not showing failed transaction in IRCTC app it is only showing in phone pe account of mine. In phone pe I asked them. They said they will get sent refund by ** hours.. But I didn't received yet. pls. Help me out..
