On **th Jan I booked ticket & pay via Citibank, ticket did not get generated however amount deducted. I am calling irctc & mailing them many times but no response. Then I contacted Citi bank, they send proof that money got deducted to irctc.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
