I have purchased Vu cinema Tv in Flipkart on *th july.Due to Screen Bleeding Issue I have returned the Tv.They said that the refund is initiated on ** July.But no money is credited to my account I called Flipkart customer care they said to contact bank.So I have gone to the grievance cell of the bank and registered a complaint in bank and the bank said that "No amount is initiated to your account".Again I called to the Flipkart Customer care and every time they are saying only that "we have initiated your refund contact with your bank.Because of their worst service We don't have any Tv still now.So please help me in this case I will greatful to you.
