Club Factory App - Refund not Credited

I purchased a "T Shirt" and "Earphone Pouch" on **/June/**** from the Club Factory App. I received them in a week's time. But the Tshirt didn't fit me and the pouch was of bad quality, so had to return it. I couriered the product back to their return centre via India Post and it was delivered in another * week. Now its been more than a month and i still don't have the refund credited. I contacted their Customer Care multiple times, but i keep getting the same reply saying that the refund is being processed or they are working with some other team.
