Zomato - Refund not credited

I have placed an order on zomato on * july which got rejected and i got a massage that amount will be credited to account in * days. I checked with bank and got a official email from them that no amount is credited to my account. Then i checked with zomato again and they said there might be some technical glitch and agent assured me that he done whatever he need to do and this time amount will be credited within *days but again it didn't. So i checked with them again and this time they offered me equal zomato credit point to which i agreed. Again agent asked me for ** to ** hr time to reflect this zomato credit and this time also it didn't. So i checked again with them and this time they are saying now that order is * days older and they cannot credit zomato point. To this date i have not received any credit point nor any amount in my account. I request you to consider this matter and help me to get it resolve
