I have renewed the classes based on frequent calls though my wife has already informed clearly that we are looking for residential school for my Son hence we will not be able to continue. As there were continuous calls for safer side we renewed the classes for *th Grade. However due to change of the school we have informed the class teacher we will not be able continue and asked for the refund. As per the class teacher advice we wrote it to support@pigeonedu.com multiple times only once they respond asking for few details which I have provided after it is already ** days left no response despite of multiple chasing mails. Hence seeking your help on this.
