Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Cancelled Order Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against VleBazaar for their failure to process a refund for my cancelled order and the repeated inconvenience caused by their poor customer service. I placed an order for a WiFi adapter on **/**/**** through their online platform. When I inquired about the status of my order via email and phone, I received no response initially. After making ** to ** calls, I was finally able to speak to a representative, who informed me that the product would only be dispatched after **/**/****. Due to this delay, I cancelled the order on their website on **/**/****. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company for updates on my refund. Whenever I manage to reach them, they assure me that I will receive a confirmation email with refund details within ** hours. However, despite more than * days passed, I have neither received the promised confirmation nor has the refund amount been credited to my account. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request your intervention to ensure that the company: Processes my refund for the full amount of Rs.*** immediately. Provides a formal confirmation of the refund process and timeline. I am attaching all relevant supporting documents, including the order confirmation, cancellation details, and records of my attempts to contact the company. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust you will help ensure a swift resolution.
