No Broker - Refund not credited

I purchased CPMS plan from no broker but after few days beacuse of their pathetic service i terminated my plan....they assured me that i will recieve my amount back within *-** working days. But now it has been a month but my issue has not been resolved yet. I want my refund i.e **** inr.
