Return of my order was initiated on ** Jul ** & untill today ** Aug ** the refund is not credited by them in my account. They said you'll get refund after * working days. I was supposed to get my refund by ** Aug **. But still no refund from them. I contacted customer care so many times but they are not helping. They are just saying to wait for nothing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
