Tata Cliq - REFUND NOT CREDITED

On **/**/**** I ordered a WD External Hard disk from Tata Cliq mobile application for Rs.**** of which Rs.**** was paid from my Tata Cliq cash wallet and Rs.*** from my credit card. Later on the same day I had to cancel my order and requested for the refund. The application said the refund was successful and I got the refund of Rs.*** in my credit card but didn't receive Rs.**** in my wallet. When I contacted the customer service I was told that it will be credited on or before **/**/**** and I didn't receive it and on **/**/**** I contacted the customer service again and I was informed that it will be credited before **/**/****. Today is **/**/**** I didn't receive the refund and there is no response from Tata Cliq Team. I kindly request to look into this matter and see I get a refund.
