I didn't get refund of my train journey ticket on * December from Nagpur to Mumbai Duranto Express. I had booked my ticket from Goibibo app. My ticket was cancelled because of waiting list. Still I didn't get the refund of the same. The app is not working from so many days and it is showing some technical error for that particular ticket only while other previously booked tickets are accessible. This is so irritating and frustrating. Such service is not expected from Goibibo app. Their chat service is also not responding well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
