Travolook - refund not credited

I had booked a ticket with reference number REF********* almost * months ago and the ticket was not booked . But my amount was deducted and till now not refunded back in my payment source . I had called many times on customer care number and they informed that your refund transaction was cancelled due to some reasons and will be refunded in just few days . But i have waited for almost ** days which is very large time in current time where banking technology is so fast that transactions occur instantly . Today i tried again to call customer assistance number and it told your waiting queue number is ** and when my number in queue reaches to * then call automatically disconnects and again the waiting number in queue starts at ** , which is very frustrating for me .
Therefore I requested to them to call me back if possible and tell the reason for this delay in giving refund . Moreover i want to tell , i have been charged by credit card company for not paying the complete bill , due to failure of refund from travolook .
