i have ordered and returned the product as per amazon guidelines, they initiated the refund but it was not credited to my original payment method, now they give me the reason that refund is strucked and our team will process it,they given many timeliness but no progress made as yet despite regular followup for *months,amazon a to z refund policy also passed but they are taking very casually for such a big amount plz help me to get my money back
