Hi,
I've been trying to get the refund amount for my order #***-*******-******* since February.I don't get any response to my emails and I've tried calling cc too but they don't help.
I sent my last mail ** days ago and I didn't get any response.The refund wasn't successful and the money was sent back to amazon(as per the bank)

I've made multiple posts on amazon.in Facebook page they comment the same thing Everytime.Last post on Facebook on ** oct ****.
Abidi from Amazon customer service replied that they have responded on the same post I made earlier that day.
Amazon customer service replied that they have forwarded my issue and they'll help.Today it's *th of November **** and they haven't responded to my issue yet.No emails,calls , messages,etc.
This is really saddening.
Previously Amazon had replied to me in the emails that they can't help me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
