Vamsee Puppala filed complaint against Travolook on Sep 4, 2021
I booked flight from travolook on ** Jul ****, REF********* for my wife Padmaja Vulli from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. Within **mins i got a call from travolook stating that the flight rates got changed and they had to cancel the flight and assured us that they will issue a full refund in * week . After ** days i called them back and they said it will take ** working days to process the refund . i went on my marriage vacation and i was in a thought that the refund would have got processed, but to my surprise after checking the statement , it was a big shock to me that still i didn't get my refund .Again on *rd sep,**** nearly after ** days i called them for my refund , the customer care executive listened to me and kept my call on hold and disconnected my call after sometime without even informing the status of refund . Then i searched online and came to know that there re a lot of people who faced the same issue with Travolook .
It is a fraud company and a lot of people suffered with this company.
