ShopRishi - Refund not credited in my account

I had purchased Redmi Note * Pro smartphone on **/**/**** but wrong colour ordered by me so I had cancelled it on **/**/****. I had paid Rs.*****/- by UPI linked my account. I have complained to refund my amount but shoprishi.com has not refunded the same paid amount. I have called many times customer care but they reply refund will be credit in your account. One day on **/**/**** I talk account section he told me tomorrow your refund will credit in your account but I have not got my refund amount. Solve my problem.
