Shoprishi had an advertisement on the web for sale of Redmi Note * pro for *****/- and the payment was to be made on Phone Pe. After paying the full amount I felt fishy that no tracking number has been issued nor my address has been reflected. I thought to cancel the order and called their toll free number on the site and some Renuka responded and I asked to cancel my order and asked her to give order id which she gave on my insistence and gave order id ****** dated **.**.****. Since then no refund is made nor they response to my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
